Consignor’s (owner’s) car will be advertised in print and on a minimum of (30) thirty web sites plus any print advertising for 99.00 dollars with a one year time limit.

Black Tie Classics will take all pictures of owner’s car, in addition to using any you may provide.

Owner shall provide Black Tie Classics with a complete description of their car.

We will handle all trade-ins, financing, transportation, warrantees, and guarantees.

We commit on a best-efforts basis to keep car clean and ready for sale while in our inventory

There will be a charge of $99.00 per month for vehicles left on premises, unless otherwise waived by Black Tie Classics.

The Bottom Line Minimum Price to be paid to Consignor when the car is sold unless reduced by the Consignor.

Title to be held by Consignor (Black Tie Classics) until sold (a Xeroxed copy of title is required of title at time of signing Consignment document).

If owner should sell vehicle himself or through any other alternative channel a minimum of $1,000.00 dollars will be paid to Black Tie Classics for all their advertising, marketing and associated costs unless otherwise waived.

Seller must maintain current insurance and registration while on consignment.
